This is what I love about the transition between Fall and winter. Looks like someone is shaking white powder lower and lower until it hits the valley floor.

Snow needs to pile up for skiing.
@LiterateHiker won't take long the way this year is shaping up...but that's also why we have ROCK SKIS...
