5 ego I reported, in detail, the problem that I had encountered in losing access to was "wordwalt". To date, I have received no response or assistance.. Do you call that "customer service"???

He stopped by within the past month or so for one question, so perhaps he's overseeing it but no longer maintaining it other than software updates?
