LINK Texas Governor Ready to Challenge Schooling of Migrant Children

Gov. Greg Abbott may target a 1982 Supreme Court ruling that requires schools to educate undocumented children. Some conservatives see an opening for a fresh look at old precedents.

(Yeah, they intend to try to punish children who in most cases didn't actually choose to come here by refusing to educate them. The point being that they are just kids or rather easy targets who can't fight back.)
