I've known about the disparity/danger for Black women and their babies for quiet some time. The U.S. government has known for longer and has chosen to do NOTHING about it. That's pretty evil.

These types of laws never affect the well to do. They have the money to take care of the problem, whether it is paying a doctor so much, he or she, won't turn them down, or whether it is flying wherever they have to go to take care of their problem.
