Pope Francis: Did the pontiff's apology in Canada go far enough?
Seems it’s going to have to. As apologies go it was pretty hefty, being the only purpose of his trip, so I have to give Frank (I call him Frank but he doesn’t like that name) an A for effort. He didn’t kill those kids, his Church’s Elders did, so I’m inclined to believe he was horrified. As were we all. Elders are not always the good spirits we think of them as. This is why I have no respect for such nonsense as sacred ground. All ground is sacred but must also be useful. That is natural.
