What they are good at is "copying" but unfortunately they copy bad things and want short cuts. I don't know about Nigeria but Indians generally will succeed in scamming (or succeed at anything) faster because the daily struggles for life is so daunting that people learn how to survive, how to find short cuts, how to get through the back door and how to save efforts to get things done. In major cities for example, you will not see anyone standing in line for a city bus or train or anything. It's because if they did, nobody would get on the bus or train. Honest does not pay there. The circumstance compels you to cheat. That is what trains them for things like scamming.
