Anybody heard of AUKUS? It's the Pacific version of the European FUKUS.
Difference? Very little, except that France is the front in Europe and Australia is in Asia. Bottom line is better exemplified by FUKUS, which any nation that trusts assurances that the US or UK governments 'have their back' is sure to discover what 'having their back' is all about....
