Anybody Bar B Q cooking today?

I buy chicken leg quarters and de-bone them. I save the shoulder for crabbing. Throw the bones away. That chunk of meat cooks up to the size of a hamburger patty. You pull them out of the freezer when you need them. Tastes great smoked with hickory.
