LINK Electoral court fines Bolsonaro’s party 4 million euros for seeking to invalidate elections

Suddenly I feel like we should have some Brazilian judges deal with the election deniers. Why aren't more of these clowns fined for wasting our time?

On the one hand it seems familiar. In another way it's maddening -- do we even have a Superior Electoral Court?

I'm not a Lawyer but have been told that there is such a penalty in American law for filing such claims. It just isn't being imposed on certain whiny children who believe themselves privileged to file them.

@rainmanjr Nor am I, but as I understand it's up to the courts and/or individual judges to penalize frivolous lawsuits. It also varies from state to state.
