For those who approve of the ICC warrant for Putin's arrest. A good move would be to give the ICC some teeth to actually prosecute war criminals, which I totally agree with. This would involve governments around the world complying with ICC arrest warrants.
So lets send G W Bush to Europe where they will arrest him, for the ICC have issued a warrant for him as well. Are Americans aware of this?
Prosecute them all.
