It seems the Pennsylvania state court are ready to to install a revolving door for "The Saucon Valley school district"
in 2018 the school district was sue by parents for refusing to deal with the continual bullying of three black students (2 mmale one female), who they claimed were NOT victims of racial prejudice, but of the sort of bullying all student have to deal with including (apparently) a video on Snapchat in which another student narrated a racial commentary about the black children being allowed to attend a pep rally.
In 2021 "The Saucon Valley school district" was sued by the Americans with Disabilities Act ("ADA" ) for refusing a pupil with epilepsy the use of their service animal (a dog trained to detect rising cortisol levels, which can be a precursor to seizures and warn that medication is needed) because it is a "pet"
and in 2023 "The Saucon Valley school district" has been sued by the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) after they with drew permission for and banned from school premise an after school club dedicated to a none Christian organization (the After School Satan Club (ASSC)) offered as an alternataive to the school sanctioned a Bible organization called the Good News Club who can still use the public school grounds for meetings.
This latest case is due to go to court after an initial hearing last year, later this year.
