Baby dove born April 9 is stretching its wings. Getting ready to fly.
The baby dove is almost as big as its mother. Like last year, only one of two eggs hatched. It's fun to watch baby being fed by its mother. Mom feeds chicks regurgitated food.
Cannot believe how fast it has grown. Survival.

Yum (not). I remember being at a food court in Seattle Center. There was a guy with a backpack which carried a baby. He ordered a meal and then sat down and started looking around. When he thought no one was looking he chewed his food and then passed it onto the baby. Apparently not just birds offer masticated food to their young offspring.
