How do you handle it when information comes to you? You are just sitting quietly about or going about your daily activities and something just comes to you. Maybe it's in a dream. What do you do? How do you process that? How do you integrate that?
I write it down. I have written down snippets of thought. I keep my phone by my bed so it is not much of an inconvenience. Oddly enough if I don't write it down sometimes whole thought trains are lost.
