Reading this just made me want to gnash my teeth! This could have given us the State Senate! WE ALMOST HAD IT! IT was that effing close. And in the end it was decided by chance-literally. Both candidates names were put into a bowl and an official picked a name out of the bowl. Yancey, the Republican, won.
