@Donotbelieve yes, they are rare. I have seen a couple; usually when someone asks me if I can remove a "big copperhead" for them.

I'm in Pennsylvania too. Ours are nonvenomous.
@Donotbelieve & @Leafhead, yes, this daddy long legs (there is another one with this moniker, an insect) is an opilione or harvestman.
