WHO (World Health Organization) said dogs can't and released some dog that were in quarantine. Yes, WHO let the dogs out.

@TomMcGiverin They didn't mention cats. If they can get it, and I get it, I know they will get it . So I have to hope and do what I can to avoid it. We're living in challenging times.
