It's disgusting. Preservation of "a race" is not a reason to have kids. We don't need more people.

Great....more societal brainwashing to make women think they can't be "whole" or "complete" unless they use their uterus.
The governments of the world need to stop promoting the whole religious crapfest of "be fruitful and multiple".
The world is over-populated. We can't even take care of the people that are here.....wars, malnutrition, refugees, orphans, bloated foster care systems, war shortages, educational deficiencies....etc.
To have purposefully a child in this day and age is an act of extreme selfishness.

@OpenOptimist About as selfish as a doctor not deliberately injuring people so they'll have patients to treat
@OpenOptimist I never wanted children. And when I met women who were adamant about "their need" to have babies I always went another way.
