The absolute minimum should be him recusing himself from cases when there is potential for bias. Other judges are required to do so, no one is above the law.

He should never have been on USSC in the first place and should be taken off now. A well placed word in his ear of resign or we’ll investigate the shit out of you and your wife should do the trick.
