Great info, thanks for posting!
This is good, what would be even better is reclassification of marijuana at the federal level. Since the discovery of the endocannabinoid system there should have been much more research. There is proof that THC, CBD, and other compounds in cannabis and related plants is helpful for certain ailments but there are also too many BS claims. Somewhere in the middle is the truth that much of the population wants to know and research is currently being impeded by that classification.

There are so many roadblocks to good research. This leaves the world open to a lot of bad and very bad research making all kinds of claims. I try to be ethical with my CBD products, but the claims of others is unreal. When i first started i tried to find peer reviewed studies and their were none except the studies done my the industry, not peer viewed and highly questionable from a scientific standpoint.

@glennlab Yes, I agree there are always multiple hurdles that even the best researchers must overcome. Usually funding is at the top of the list, in this case it is that pesky classification that contains the phrase, "no known medical use" or something to that effect. For that reason most of the research is done overseas. As I recall the endocannabinoid system was discovered in Israel. I wonder how much influence Big Pharma has regarding this as natural compounds can't be exploited for their profit.

@SeaGreenEyez In re to decriminalization first the public must understand the difference between legalize and decriminalize. I'm sure Tucker Carlson will set them straight.
