What's your go-to music for a workout? My running playlists are getting a bit stale and I need something new to get me through that extra mile or five.

I prefer to cycle instead of run. And the music I use is fast paced. A good example would be Green Day's Basketcase or Foo Fighters' Everlong.

To get pumped up to workout, before lifting, sometimes I watch the original 'Rocky' or 'Pumping Iron'. Yeah, I know, I'm a meathead...??

My workout playlist is an eclectic mix of up beat music. The majority is rock & metal, but I always start with the Queen classic 'Don't Stop Me Now' it gets me going every time 🙂

I have a few stations I like on XM satellite radio BPM, Pitbull, Diplo’s revolution. I have to listen to hype music when I’m cycling or strength training.
