Hey, hope you don’t mind I joined this group. I don’t currently live in Florida. I’m in Norway. But my home (where the heart is, and where I will be coming back to) is Brevard County. All my friends and family still live there, and I am still active in keeping up with what goes on there.
If this place is more meant for those who physically live there, I’ll understand.

Well, that's disappointing. The construction of those surveys is interesting. They measure what they assume are components of happiness - political, social, economic freedom, healthcare access, social safety net, etc. I guess it's a hard metric to nail down. What brought you there and keeps you there, personal or professional?
The site is not just for locals at all. Welcome to the group. And Norway is only one quarter of the world away; piece of cake. : )
