I was stationed in Arizona in the early 90's and they didn't use Daylight Saving Time and it wasn't that big a deal from my standpoint.

I think this change will be challenged in local and federal courts.

I think its a great idea, I don't like switching back and fourth all of the time, although I would like it to be implemented on the national level rather than on particular states.

This will TOTALLY screw up all the airlines, TV schedules, etc...we are already the laughing stock of the country and this won't help.

Yeah but wouldn't it be easier to stay on universal standard time rather than making saving time permanent??

It might be easier. But this forward and backwards an hours messes me up every time. Plus this will give us more light in the evening I like be that @ashortbeauty
