I can relate. I have maxed out my space for starting seeds indoors, but the Park Seed catalog arrived in the mail yesterday. I spent most of the evening pouring through it. Lol
Hello - guess who works at Lowe's..... I have been asking 'are the plants here, are the roses here'... the struggle is real.
@Alvinsmama we haven't got them yet. And we usually get them mid- January.... ?
Where are you on the coast? I am from Morehead City/Atlantic Beach.
I hate you! LOL! Where I live it was below freezing all day. Our nurseries are bare and no one wants to be outside for longer than they have to be.
Got my new trees planted yesterday, and started mowing the lawn today.
@glennlab I remember when we lived in Louisiana we started mowing in February.
@HippieChick58 Second time this year, I still want to kill the real estate agent that planted winter rye 35 years ago, so I have mowable grass all winter.
That sucks...
It was in the 70ās today
@Donto101 Cool.

Posted by ZsterI live in a very hard clay soil area and routinely time my ground work around softening rains.
Posted by LorajayMany of my shrubs look like they may not make it after our 12 days of extreme freezing weather but my Chinese quince is prettier than it's ever been. Perhaps it would prefer a colder climate.
