Nice article, I just can't stand when certain words are used such as "miracle".
Sorry, Photosynthesis is not a miracle, it's a process!!!

Another factor of course could be that we have bred increasingly "high yield" crops, which are just bred to put on as much weight as possible with no regard to nutrient content, or flavour for that mater.

Is it hemp? I'll read it but I read in an article a few weeks ago that cleans the soil and the air.

@Allamanda Nothing is a cure all but it seems going back to the old ways is a start.I don't understand peoples need to mow everything down.

@Allamanda Stop with all the cutting and overkill of fertilizer and round up. Use cover crops and rotate crops. Work to improve the soil instead of stripping it and leaving dead soil. And stop mowing every damned thing in site because you think it looks better.
