Been doing that for at least 35 years maybe longer, shaking tomatoes and peppers to pollinate is a very old trick, taught to me when I was a kid, but I didn't start using it until my first adult garden in 77 in Spokane. The video was extremely labored in explaining what should have taken 1 minute. It works, simply shake your plants any day there is not adequate wind.
Yeah, I almost quit when he was gushing over the tomatoes, and I didn't watch it all the way through. I don't go out to the garden every day, but maybe I will start. I've always had sufficient harvest just for me...
