I would say to just be supportive and love her. There's nothing that YOU need to fix. This is her journey, she does not have to decide anything. I would tell her that you are there for her and reassure her often of that. Love is love.

Transition can be a long journey and may include hormone therapy and surgery. It doesn’t have to include either; it is up to the individual to decide what is right for them. Also trans men have had kids after transition.

I'd think she might want to dress and act a bit more male if that's how she wants to present to the world. But as she is choosing to remain female for now for the sake of being able to procreate - I would think not very much will change.
