I have found a bunch of developed film. Like tons. I'm thinking if there is an option nowadays to get a copy of a pic from a film.

Kodak, the largest producer of film cameras, believed that as well. Instead of going directly to manufacturing digital cameras, they stuck to making film. Their theory was everyone wants a print. Besides, they'd largely cornered the market on film.
They went out of business.
That is because with film, you wind up with prints of BAD pictures that you have to pay for. Additionally e-mailing/editing photos is FREE. People who want prints, pay for ONLY the ones they want.
While there's somebody out there using film, it's pretty much dead.
