I think the first step would be to remove the grandmother.
Actually open the windows and her closet and wait about 2 weeks and everything should be safe.
In the B and B Room I rent out, I have a 4 day bock between guests so the room can be aired out for 3 days and on the 4th day I go in and change all the linens. My doctor says that should be safe for everyone.
@AtheistInNC First the body goes stiff but that pases & eventually the maggots come out & make it all very pliable. Whether you can shake her out then I don't know!
@Lorajay I thought I read that the C19 virus lives for upto a month on hard surfaces.
