I don’t understand where the comfort comes from...does tooth fairy and Easter bunny bring comfort too?

At first I get all those warm and fuzzy feelings from chicks and bunnies. From eating too much chocolate. Then I get really sick looking at a man nailed on a cross. Religion is a drug addiction.
David was great as President. I was devastated at how everything unfolded.

I agree. He was great as a firebrand, which our "community" needs as much as the 'calmer' approaches. Very disappointed on that situation. Just as I was w/ Lawrence Krauss.

@scurry Either of their names. Both were big in the Atheist "community". I even attended a "Pangburn Philosophy Presents..." event that had Matt Dillahunty, Sam Harris & Lawrence Krauss billed (Krauss was at ASU at the time). This was just as the (still?) unproved 'scandal' had hit & he was no longer on the bill. Still a great event.
@phxbillcee oh wow. I'll have to do a bit of research. Thanks. I saw Lawrence speak a few years ago, seems he's from my home town, or attended Uni here, at least.
