This makes them no different from Christians who never read the bible...

1st, it's not true capitalism because most of the time, the companies hold monopolies in their business, and aggressively destroy potentially competing companies. They do this by bribing local politicians or with well-established predatory business practices (i.e. lowering prices in a locale until the competition is driven to bankruptcy, then bringing prices back to normal or higher).
2nd, it's a certaintly that if capital was more equitably distributed, business and society would flourish far more because monopolists are notoriously incompetent at managing, diversifying, and innovating within their businesses.
My recommendation is to task the CIA with offing 10% of the top CEO's every year until they behave humanely. Humane CEO's would receive exemption.
Make it clear that those who have power will be held to a HIGHER standard than the rest of the populace.

You are describing plutocracy which isn't a lot different from imperialism... Royalty and serfs is pretty much the same as wealthy and those that work for wages they can't live on...
At a minimum taxing corporations and billionaires would redistribute the wealth

Raising the upper tier tax rate is proven not only to redistribute wealth but to encourage reinvestment in the economy preventing plutocracy..
Tax corporations and they become tax collectors. Do some critical thinking.
