Sounds high and mighty, but this meme is just explaining the scientific process.
Pity it never happened with covid vaccines because governments world over may have enquired does it stop transmission, and then asked the boffons to prove it. eg Pfizer recently admitted they never tested whether the covid vaccines stopped transmission; not in their trials, but happy to on sell as a "vaccine". So it's a great shame any questioning of this "vaccine has been developed" claim was basically banned, with people getting cancelled with trail data results hidden from view. Same happened with WMD in Iraq. You were not allowed to question the claims made.
