Three things that i really appreciate about living in Hawaii, not required to wear a motorcycle helmet, can ride in the bed of a pick up truck, and NO DAYLIGHT SAVINGS TIME...
I had a hard time training myself to use a clock when I had to really buckle down on keeping schedules. I grew up playing in the woods most days and we never could keep a watch running for long due to all the water and mud and general wetness of it all. We used the sun in the day and the moon and stars at night. You get used to judging what time it is and the seasonal change wasnt a big deal. It just meant you had to prepare a bit sooner for nightfall in the fall, winter and spring months and could be a bit lax in the summer. But this post... This made my morning nice. So I thank you kindly.
You're welcome. ?
I'm jealous.
@Meili of what? I did not mean to brag. I apologize for causing you to feel jealous. ?
Lol...
Funny stuff!
Our clocks went back an hour last weekend in the U.K. All things that are computerised changed automatically including the car radio. The only timepieces I needed to adjust were wristwatch and mantelpiece clock.
Despite everything being computerized, car clocks in the US are still manual. More proof America is purgatory lol
@OpposingOpposum I always assume that the US are more advanced than us technologically....obviously I’m wrong!
