I used this as an example in a discussion on why I think secular morality is better for society over religious morality. We don't pray we do. They pray which makes them feel good about not doing.

I like that thought!
There's something similar from Mahatma Gandhi: "To give pleasure to a single heart by a single act is better than a thousand heads bowing in prayer."
I think I like the one about kindness better!
