I don’t think we should leave addressing climate change up to the people crossing their fingers for the Rapture.

There's no easy way forward at the moment. ☹

Those rapture idiots got their head so far in the sand and up Trumps ass. They need to dig a little deeper and see whats really going on beneath the surface.

With you there. I don’t think we should leave it up to the federal government either, because they are owned by the corporations for whom there are conflicts of interest. Each state should enact their own regulations and enforce them. Some states have already decided to do so.

You were right Bill - the explosion worked way better.... enjoy!

Or anyone who doesn't accept science as factual.

& these folks also look forward to Armageddon, one of the reasons they support Israel so strongly. They are waiting for WWIII & the end of the world, & looking forward to it! No offense to @RavenCT, but the pic this brings to mind isn't a's more this...

Amen. Not a good platform to base any policy on.

The question is how do we take this away from them? Also another question is how do we get meaningful programs implemented considering a large and growing population is struggling to just to make ends meet today, never mind tomorrow?

JackPedigo Level 9 Dec 29, 2018

We would have to wrest it away from them, because they are resistant to logic. I know this from firsthand experience.

@Closeted From my experience logic is often not the issue. Being able to stay alive and well, for many, is all they can focus on. Implementing meaningful programs will cost all of us and the poor simply can't afford this. The slight fuel tax rise in France showed how bad things have gotten.

Well put.

Can't take the credit, it was Ally Maynard. She's very eloquent.

@JazznBlues still works
