I would love to watch a TV series where a film crew (in stealth mode) follow a team of bumper taggers around the south. It's a guaranteed hit in the non-south. Of course, having cameras watching for the owners reaction would also be an essential element.
If you use this idea, a tiny piece of the action, more like an honorarium would be appreciated.
