Now there is a sacrifice I can get behind, as long as that means all the lard factories are closed too.
Perhaps you are not a baker, but lard makes the very best pie crust. I don't make pie crust but my sister makes the best in the country and she will only use lard. I'm afraid we will outlaw it in this country (not PC) and there will be no more pies in mudville. Then I will have to move to Canada. At this point, I'm ready to go anyway. (get ahead of the game)
@SiouxcitySue I was speaking in terms of human lard, not that wonderful cousin of bacon drippings.

@SiouxcitySue one of the problems with speaking in text vs in person or voice, the conversation can get disjointed and it's really tough to always get the double meaning.
