That’s a noisy job indeed, Mike. Actually, not as noisy as drilling some other holes, if you know what I mean. My dirty mind rules me sometimes, never mind. But, actually, recently, I’ve found such a thing. Tbh, I’ve never seen it before. Check it [nerverenewal.com]. So, I think drilling holes will be way better now. Yes pretty much,a noisy job,from drilling,deburrring then assembly.The actual riveting part can be done if possible using pneumatic tools to squeeze the rivets if not able to do that, then the 2X,3X, or 4X rivet guns are then used,vibration from the concussions will cause nerve damage if done with no protective gloves, and ear protection.
