It should be pointed out one can marry their adopted half sister. Not a direct blood relative. The closest one can do that is marry their second cousin once removed. At that point the gene pool is watered down considerably.
In the meantime your state has made it more difficult to get an abortion including counseling to talk them out of it largely by shaming with Christian rhetoric. If a teen wants an abortion, they need their parent's consent. Not that abortion has ever been easily available to women in Minnesota.
