Damned; you made me look it up. There IS such a thing as being "Lactose intolerant"....I thought that was just an anti-milk thing....who knew?
So...in summary; Central European Homo sapiens actually developed a need for milk.
Many nationalities in the West and East used animal milks...and not just cows...
