Sounds wonderful but it would probably take a long time to freeze with that much alcohol.

You have a valid point; although these seem to be tested and they work...
In the original post where i swiped this from, someone asked "why so much Coke", and the reply was "so it will freeze".
I guess we can all give it a try and report back. 
Besides Dirty Pirate Slushies sounds just as good to me. 
Bet it would be just as good with Pepsi. I hate coke.
