I can barely stand to wear mine for the time it takes me to buy groceries. I can’t even imagine having to wear one all day!

I made one with "tunnels" on either side, ran one long shoelace (they tie/untie the easiest) in a loop so the lower part goes around my neck, the open ends atop my head (like a big "U". Just a tug & one tie, perfect fit!
I semi-solved the problem by putting the mask on before my glasses and bending it tightly around the bridge of my nose.
