I am asking this for years , wtf is wrong w people , y can’t say almond extract / whatever .
Y food got soo complicated the last 20 yrs ??
In Italy and Greece , life is simple : two tomatoes and some mozzarella , olive oil / vinegar , piece of bread , done .
Piece of fish , piece of meat , boom . Plenty of veggies , plenty of fruits . What Is the big deal here with finding new miracles every year ? Almond milk , avocado all of the sudden became god , wtf , I only know avocado If I am at mexican place ? Do I lack sophistication here ?
What m I missing ??
