Have you gotten that answer? I thought big nose was supposed to indicate a man had a big package?
When I ask people to pull their mask over their noses, I usually get I have allergies or other bogus medical conditions as the reason for not wearing properly.

Only once, but like you most excuise I get are pure bs. I thought the meme was funny and a good one to hold in reserve if it ever happened again. I get a lot of the it doesn't fit around my nose more than my nose is too big.
