It's always good driving across AZ in the summer, hit the AZ border and no more time changes until the Pacific.
@glennlab But, you change time when you GET to Arizona…and, in summer, you don’t change when you get to California, but in the winter, you do. I have more than once been an hour early for a doctor appointment in San Diego after DST goes into effect, because I forget about California changing time.
