On probation for after 2 years in prison for the shooting death of a 13 year old in 2011.
The charges he's facing this time should net at least 20 years. Which he should have been given the first time. Nothing like some white privilege and deplorable gun laws to take out a couple of kids.

@SeaGreenEyez I wonder if the sentences for similar offenses are different in different states/areas. The more conservative areas might give more lenient sentences for gun offences.
@SeaGreenEyez But in what area? Still, statistics might show a trend.
