I hate to bust your safe space bubble, but hunting contributes more for animal conservation then any other entity by far. If it weren't for people hunting much more wildlife would cease to exist.

Then something is really screwed up with the system. Were we to apply that same logic to the human species we would see how crazy it is.
It is a small consolation that LaPierre humiliated himself with his poor marksmanship and stupidity. One could hope he'd remember it to his grave, which can't come soon enough.
