That is the allegation. In the 2nd video (which was from 2 weeks ago), Novak, from Pakman's prompting, does suggest that when they can't divulge all the facts, doesn't mean that the facts don't exist. It's all in the language. That's what I remember my take away from it was, anyway. I have not watched that video in full since two weeks ago.
