Sorry I think this is ignorant I agree assault weapons need to be banned but a company is not responsible for the actions of someone using their product of this is allowed where will it end obese people suing McDonald's for making them fat alcoholics suing Budweiser for losing their job I cannot agree with this type of legal action

It's Bullshit thinking like this that has US where we are . Something has to Fucking Give .
My understanding is that SCOTUS refused to see the case and kicked it back the issue downstairs. So is up to the lower court to handle the case. We need to keep an eye on the lower court. I just don't trust the reach of the nra. Hoping for the best.
