To all the wonderful people of agnostic.com from UK

In brief we all know there is so much going on in UK and the whole world about “Islamophobia”. That’s when we criticise Islam inhuman practices and ideology we are labelled being racist, ot and Islamophobes. We must depart from those infantile whines of indoctrinated people and hold the accountable for all he harm they’ve been doing from ages in UK and rest of the world namely Terrorism, misogyny, FGM, hate preaching, homophobia, Muslims grooming gangs raping children, rape, honour killing, LGBTQ+ Atheist and Apostates death penalty, blasphemy death penalty, women opresion. These are all gifts of a horrible balk ideology given free hand to do whatever they want. Recently Anne Marrie Water the MP for Lewisham East, her political event was shut down because of fear of Islamophobia and offending Muslims because many times she have spoke out against Islam’s hideous totalitarian ideology and the crime those are being committed by dominant . Needless to say that there is no such thing called “Islamophobia” it is a term created by elite class from top to bottom conceit to silence the freedom of speech and expressions and give license to a to avoid criticism. This is absurd and obscene.
The fundamental Human’s Rights has been violated and people are living in oppression, killed, tortured, abducted, discriminated, imprisoned and silenced. These poor souls need our attention and social activism at least to spread the word and talk about them. For that purpose I plan to arrange our meet ups and have talks/discussion about those burning issues and contribute something back to humanity if we are privileged sort of. We will be making difference in our fellow humans lives who are most deprived and suffered. Since agnostic.com community is growing amazingly, it would be great to have real gatherings for debating those evils, bring awareness in London, UK. It can also be extended to meet, greet, eat, drink and have a party.

What are your views about this? All suggestions are welcomed here.

I will announce the date, time and venue soon.

As usual, stating facts and personal preferences, results in all the SJWs calling you names: bigot, islammyphobie,...

Why do so many accept the premise that unlimited/uncontrolled immigration is a desirable goal? No evidence that it is. Lots of evidence that it is not.

They started this: 1300 years ago a shithead pedophile declared he was king. And his minions have engaged in constant war since.

We are at war because they have declared war upon everyone else.

WAY too many in the US have no idea what is happening in europe. And when told they scream "nazi, alt-white, fascist." They are supporting the creeping darkness.

Islam IS fascism. Tolerance is death.

Shouldn't you, as a member of this group, be promoting a secular society free of all religions; not just the ones that appeal to your inherent bigotry? ?

After reading this incoherent babble, I have to say I iwill have no truck with joining any such group meeting. my philosophy is this.....people are all individuals and they should be treated as such,
regardless of colour, nationality, political leanings and religious beliefs. You just cannot put a label on entire ethnic groupings and say they all do this or that. That sort of talk is dangerous as it whips up hatred of “the other” and it is what the nazis did in Germany in the 193Os. Yes, we all think the practices of Islam are barbaric and mysogynistic and we must speak out against them but we cannot whip up hatred of the majority of decent, hardworking, tax-paying, law abiding citizens who just happen to Muslim. Hate the doctrine not the adherent.

My view is that there needs to be a line drawn between a dislike of the faith, and the people at large. I don't fear Muslims, I like many of the Muslims I meet in day-to-day life. Some of them hold views I fundamentally disagree with; no different to the population at large in that respect. I fear fundamentalists of all stripes.

I do think Islamophobia exists, and in many ways is quite indistinguishable from racism. When someone mimed throwing a grenade at a group of Muslims peacefully praying in a public space near my home, that was racism and Islamophobia. I absolutely do not accept this behaviour or attitude. Of course, I accept the needless killings by fundamentalists even less. We need to remember, of course, that a huge number of these killings are killings of Muslims. We are doing them a disservice by tarring with the same brush.

This is not to say that I don't think Islam as a faith has inherent problems. They all do, and I wish we could all just give up our ties to entirely antiquated literature for some kind of moral guidance. It seems bonkers to me, yet most people in the world are at it!

There is a huge difference between 1 Criticising ideas, and 2 criticising people for their ideas. I would defend anyone's right to criticise/question anything (and I mean anything). The problem You have with this rant Justin, is that you are lumping all people who identify themselves as muslim together. There are many muslims out there who are secular and have a benevolent belief, then there are others at the other end of the scale. Rational criticism of ideas are fine by me no matter who they upset, but I don't think that hatred (which is probably born out of ignorance) is the answer.

For all your protestations, Justin, your post makes you appear somewhat irrational, not to say bigoted. Not my scene, thank you.

I think we should be much more concerned what the present "Government" is doing to our country!

Justin. Why don't you find a far right group to join. I'm sure you'll be happy there.

I think it’s OK to read this post. It makes me think. At first I sort of felt it
Is making a sensible point but then realise it is confused.

Sadly, I think that this really is islamophobic. I have no positive feelings about Islam, I rather take the view that is is almost as daft, and evil, as Christianity. Hindus are as bad about Moslems, in mayamar, the Bhuddists are as bad.
I think that religion is used as a tool to oppress the ‘other’ whoever they happen to be.

I'm sorry Justin, but your rant is a perfect example of the islamophobia that you claim does not exist. No one would deny that all these bad things happen and should be stopped/prevented, but they are no more typical of the majority of muslim people than the terrible crimes that have been perpetrated in the name of christianity are typical of the majority of people who call themselves christian. We should, as civilised human beings, oppose bigotry, violence and crime, wherever it happen and whoever perpetrates it.

This site is about our beliefs, or lack of them, and how we can support each other in rational criticism of religion and the problems arising from it. There is no room for attacks on individual groups of people.
