Ann Sacoolis is wanted in the UK for questioning re the death of young motorcyclist Harry Dunn.
Surely the answer is to do a swap. You can have him and send her over her in return, Simple.

Well she has now been charged with death by dangerous driving and the US and UK have an extradition treaty so we will see what happens. Diplomatic immunity may be neccessary in many instances but in this case it was a total abuse of it.
Perhaps we could have a cold war style swap in the middle of the atlantic two row boats one with andy the other with Sacoolis row towrd each other and the exchange takes place
